李亚芹，女，1982年2月出生，汉族，理学硕士，中共党员，副教授。2004年毕业于陕西师范大学，获理学学士学位，2011年在云南大学取得理学硕士学位。2004年到昆明学院（原昆明师范高等专科学校）工作。
教学方面，李亚芹副教授担任过本科生“数学分析”、“初等数论”、“概率论与数理统计”、“解析几何”、“高等数学”及研究生“泛函微分方程”、“学科前沿讲座”等多门课程的教学。教学中态度严谨而热忱。善于将抽象理论讲得透彻易懂，无论是严谨的推理，还是直观的几何呈现，都能讲得透彻精彩。课堂上条理清晰、节奏得当，既重视数学逻辑的严密性，也关注学生的理解难点，循循善诱，因材施教。不仅传授知识，更注重培养数学思维与求知兴趣，使学生在面对繁难内容时仍能建立信心，逐渐形成了自己的教学特色。
科研方面，研究领域为常微分方程与动力系统。主持完成云南省教育厅科学基金项目1项，主持完成昆明学院科学研究项目1项，主持完成昆明学院科学研究项目重点1项，参与完成国家自然科学基金项目1项，参与云南省科技厅地方本科高校联合专项面上项目2项。目前完成论文10余篇，其中第一作者8篇，通讯作者1篇，SCI收录6篇，EI收录1篇，E SCI收录1篇。
在管理方面，先后担任2015级师范1班、2020级师范1班和2022级统计1班班主任，在工作中，尽职尽责，关爱学生，管理有方，得到学生的一致认可。
