苏志芳，女，1981年7月出生，汉族，理学硕士学位，群众，讲师。2003年毕业于云南大学，获理学学士学位；2007年毕业于云南大学，获理学硕士学位。2004年到昆明学院（原昆明师范高等专科学校（合并前学校名））工作。
在教学方面，主要从事数值计算方法、概率论与数理统计等课程教学工作；2012年获得“红云园丁教学奖”。
在管理方面，先后担任2004级2班、2010级2班班主任，曾两次评为校级“优秀班主任”。
