温一新，男，1974年6月，汉族，应用数学学士，硕士学历，中共党员，副教授。
1992年9月就读于云南师范大学数学系，
1996年9月就读于昆明理工大学硕士研究生，
1999年7月原昆明高等师范专科学校数学系工作，
2008年6月原昆明师专与原昆明大学等校合并，数学系工作至今。
2008年来教学方面，主要担任过《数学实验》、《数学建模》、《模糊数学》、《线性规划》，《概率统计》等课程的教学主讲工作。教学中倡导“夯实基础，实用数学。”在教学中结合实际工作中产生的问题，展示运用数学的思维和技术合理解决问题，得出新的结果，突出数学的技术性。
科研方面在讨论了方程求解方法，对随机算子不动点存在性和迭代过程作了一点研究，主持项目1项，参与项目6项。在国外，国家级、省级学术期刊上发表学术论文11篇，其中有1篇发表于sci期刊。参加云南省科技厅资助项目一项，学院重点学科建设一项，主持完成学院科研项目一项参与两项。
获2010年昆明市第十届自然科学优秀科技论文一等奖，2011年和2014年分别荣获昆明学院“红云园丁奖－优秀实验室管理奖”和“红云园丁奖－优秀实践教学指导奖”等。
