姚斯晟，男，1978年3月出生，民族汉，理学博士，共产党员，教授。2000年云大数学学院基地班毕业，2006年云南大学数学与统计学院动力系统专业硕士毕业，2013年四川大学数学学院运筹学与控制论专业博士毕业，2000年至今于昆明学院数学系工作。期间于2009年到2010年在四川大学数学学院做国内访问学者。
教学中，我认真钻研教材、教参，虚心向其他老师学习、请教。力求吃透教材，找准重点、难点。注重从学生的实际出发，注意调动学生学习的积极性和创造性思维，使学生有举一反三的能力。能根据工作需要，对学生进行必要的辅导、答疑、批改作业。自2008年至今担任等课程教学工作，教学效果良好。
2008以来，主持云南省教育厅科学研究基金重点项目(编号：2010Z024)，主持云南省教育厅科学研究基金重点项目（编号：07c10208），主持及参与院级科研项目多项。
参编Springer出版社出版图书一本；发表发表学术技术论文近二十篇，其中被SCI收录2篇，MR收录十余篇，国内学术交流十余次。
